    Each milestone includes:

    • Defined work scope (what must be done)
    • Planned start and end dates
    • Associated budget
    • Validation requirements (visual evidence, report)

    This creates a baseline plan against which progress is measured.

  • Step 2 — Live progress tracking

    As work progresses on site, updates are recorded per milestone, not randomly.

    From your dashboard, you can see:

    • Current milestone vs planned milestone
    • Completed, ongoing, and pending steps
    • Time spent vs expected time
    • Visual proof (photos & videos) linked to each step
    • Written progress reports

    Nothing is hidden. Nothing is based on "trust me".

  • Step 3 — Validation & payment control

    Payments are directly tied to milestones.

    For each step:

    • Proof is submitted (visual evidence, report)
    • You review everything remotely
    • You approve or reject the milestone
    • ✅ If approved → payment is released
    • ❌ If rejected → payment stays frozen

    No approval means no payment. Your funds remain protected until work is confirmed.

  • Step 4 — Risk & delay visibility

    DZHorizon helps you spot problems early, not when it's too late.

    Your dashboard highlights:

    • Delays vs the initial plan
    • Inactive or blocked milestones
    • Repeated rework or rejected steps
    • Pending approvals affecting timelines
